RFP documents are now processed using DocuSign. To obtain a copy of the RFP, please click its RFP number and fill out the form. The RFP Manager will be copied on your submitted request for information form. Questions relating to the new process may go to the Procurement Department at procurement@kent.edu.
Bids are also collected electronically through DocuSign. We do not accept email, fax, paper or jump-drive/CD submissions of bids. Any supplemental documents to the RF(I,Q,P) must be included in your DocuSign submission as an attachment. Each form must be completed in full. Questions and answers (if any) will be posted on the website.
