Trumbull Teen Who Beat Rare Cancer Heading to Kent State

A teen from Trumbull County, Ohio, who beat stage 4 medullary thyroid cancer was not expected to live, let alone graduate high school.

 

But Warren, Ohio, resident Tanner Noble beat the odds and walked in cap and gown to receive his diploma from LaBrae High School after spending his entire high school career battling the disease. 

 

He plans to attend Kent State University in the Fall Semester 2019 to study psychology and counseling.
