Students Design Innovative Ways to Connect Bayfront in Erie, Pennsylvania

A three-day trip is underway for Kent State University students to work with community leaders on finding new and creative ways to connect neighborhoods throughout Erie to its Bayfront, according to YourErie.com

The Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative (CUDC) is the combined home of the urban design graduate program at Kent State and the public service activities of the College of Architecture and Environmental Design.

In partnership with Project Gateway, an effort to connect neighborhoods in Erie with the waterfront, CUDC students will be assigned background research including existing master plans to assist them in creating design options for this research program.
