Why hasn’t my requisition been approved yet?

If your FlashCart requisition hasn’t been approved yet, here are the most common reasons and what you can do to check or resolve it:

  1. Approval Routing Delays - Check the approval workflow in Flashcart to see where the requisition is currently sitting, by selecting the 'Workflow Details" to view the status.
  2. Missing or incorrect Information - If required fields (e.g., account codes, attachments, vendor details) are incomplete or incorrect, the requisition may be stalled.  Review your submission for completeness. An approver along the way may have sent a comment, a request for clarification, or rejected it because of some issue and has advised correction.
