Establish or Revise a Certificate

Complete the following:

  1. CIM Program Management proposal
  2. Attach memos concerning impact, duplication or support, if applicable, that affects academic units and/or campuses' resources (staffing, facilities, library, finances, student services)
  3. Establish new courses and/or revise existing courses through CIM Course Management
