How will the course with the Pass/Fail grade display on my GPS degree audit and on my transcript?
- GPS Degree Audit: The grade your instructor gave you will display next to the Pass (Y) or Fail (Z) grade. For example, if your instructor gave you a B+ grade, it will display as YB+ on your degree audit. Courses with the Fail grade will be listed on the GPS degree audit under “Insufficient – Does not meet requirement.” To find your GPS degree audit, login to FlashLine, select Student > Resources > Advising and GPS, and then select "GPS Audit and Plan."
- Transcript: The grade Y (Pass) or Z (Fail) will display on your transcript for those courses.
