Have you registered for any Recreation and Wellness Services program, membership, or rental (includes Ice Arena) through our online registration portal?

YES

1. Log-in to your online account by clicking “LOG-IN”
2. If you don’t remember your log-in information then select “Trouble signing in”
3. Enter your account email address and select “RESET PASSWORD”
4. You should receive an email to set up/reset your password

1. Click “SIGN UP”
2. Enter account information
3. Click “REGISTER”
4. Check your email provided during the sign-up process and ACTIVATE your account

1. Log-in to your account
2. Click on username in upper right corner of the screen and select “PROFILE”
3. Your PROFILE is considered “HEAD OF FAMILY”
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on “ADD FAMILY”
   • Add information about spouse, partner, and/or children
   • Be sure “DEPENDENT” is selected as the relationship for your children.
   • Click “SAVE”
   • Repeat the same process for additional family members
   • When finished, scroll to top of page, and select “RETURN TO HOME”

• What ages can sign up?
  • Children currently in grades kindergarten through 5^th grade can sign up.
  • We hope to offer availability for other grades in the future. 
• Is there an extended care option?
  • Not at this time.
• When does registration open?
  • January 1, 2024.
• Is there a maximum registration number?
  • Yes, there is a maximum registration number for each age group.  Sign up early to reserve your spot!
• Will there be a waitlist if there are no spots open?
  • Yes, you can be added to a waitlist through the registration process.   
• Do you provide lunch or snacks?
  • Food is not provided.  Please send your child with a lunch and snacks while being considerate of food allergies. We prefer nut-free foods.
  • Bring a water bottle to drink from throughout the day.  Other drinks can be consumed during lunch, but we encourage healthy options and recommend water. 
• Where will I drop off/pick up?
  • You will come into the mall (lobby) area of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center and look for the table with our staff member waiting to greet you. 
• What happens if I am late to pick up?
  • Picking up your child more than 5 minutes late will result in a $1 fee per minute late.
• What types of activities will my child do while at a School’s Out Adventure?
  • We’ll do teambuilding, swimming, archery, disc golf, crafts, sports, games, high ropes course, and more! 
  • Activities will vary by day.
  • We hope to have a schedule posted before each program so you can see what is going on when your child is with us.   
• What should my child bring/not bring?
  • Bring: A full water bottle, lunch, and two snacks to eat during the day.  Bring a swimsuit and towel for the pool.  Also bring waterproof boots/shoes (if it has been raining/snowing), gloves, scarves, winter hats, etc. as applicable for the weather.  Have lots of layers!  Please label all items with your child’s name.
  • Do not bring: Personal items such as electronics, toys, trading cards, etc.
