IN A FLASH: Legendary Study Spot

This student found a place to study amongst the sculptures making up "The Legend of the Iron Hoop." These sculptures were created in 1981 by Kent State University Emeritus Professor of Art, Brinsley Tyrrell, who also created the "Behind the Brain Plaza near Merrill Hall.  The "Iron Hoop" sculptures are on permanent loan from the Ohio Arts Council.

People who want to learn more about the sculptures on our Kent Campus can do so via our new Sculpture Walk. To find out more, visit: https://www.kent.edu/universityarchitect/sculpture-walk-along-kent-states-esplanade.
