One of the best parts of being a student at Kent State University is how students guide their own paths.
And one of the easiest ways they can personalize their golden experience is through more than 330 student organizations and clubs within Kent State’s Center for Student Involvement.
From the Flash Activities Board to Kent State’s ranked dodgeball team, students can find a unique community that makes Kent State feel like home.
For most students who are new to Kent State, Blastoff is their first opportunity to meet student organizations and clubs and network with other like-minded students. This annual event allows groups to set up tables for the evening and meet potential new members. To kick off the semester, Kent State Today talked with members of just a few of those student organizations and clubs during Blastoff.
