Kent State University's annual Veterans Day Commemoration included traditional flag-raising ceremonies, a keynote speaker honoring our military members and their families, a remembrance of POW-MIAs, a luncheon for veterans and planting bulbs in memory of fallen service members. 

At 2 a.m. on Pymatuning Reservoir in Pymatuning State Park when a boat capsized, Cadet 1st Lt Jacob Brass used his military training to save four people without hesitation.

Delonte Goodman is a graduate student in Kent State's College of Aeronautics and Engineering. For 2025-2026, the Kent Campus has continued the highest recognition of a Gold ranking for the second consecutive year.
