Terms and Conditions – Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas

By purchasing a ticket and attending an event at the Performing Arts Center at Kent State Tuscarawas, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in the case of event cancellation or as required by law.

  • Tickets must be purchased through authorized platforms. We are not responsible for counterfeit or stolen tickets obtained through unauthorized sellers.

2. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • The Performing Arts Center reserves the right to change event details (e.g., performers, times, dates) due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of a cancellation, refund policies will be communicated. Service and processing fees may not be refundable.

3. Admission

  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Tickets may be issued electronically or physically.

  • Entry may require a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket or order.

  • The venue reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who violates venue policies.

4. Age Restrictions

  • Some events may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify age requirements before purchase.

  • ID verification may be required for entry.

5. Security and Safety

  • All attendees are subject to security checks.

  • Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and professional recording devices.

  • The Performing Arts Center is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

6. Behavior and Conduct

  • Disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment, or other disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.

  • Attendees must follow staff directions and the posted venue rules.

7. Use of Image and Likeness

  • By attending an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and for those images or recordings to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

  • When you purchase a ticket, register for updates, or interact with our services, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

  • This data is used for ticket processing, customer service, marketing communications (if opted-in), and to enhance your event experience.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Some information may be shared with our ticketing and event partners for operational purposes.
