Managing Transition and Embracing Change
To manage change effectively, a manager must understand the change process and be able to identify his or her personal role in any successful transition. In this program, participants will learn to recognize resistance to organizational change and learn how to overcome it. Participants will gain an understanding of and develop in their role as a change agent. In addition the participants will identify strengths and opportunities in their change management approach.
