ROTC Programs

Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is a college-based, officer commissioning program. It is designed as a college elective that focuses on leadership development, problem solving, strategic planning and professional ethics.

Because it's an elective, you can try it out for your freshman and sophomore years without incurring any obligation to serve in the military. If you decide you are up to the challenge of leading the world's best armed forces, you will continue the advanced courses of ROTC while completing your degree.

At graduation you are commissioned as an officer to serve on active duty or with the Reserves or National Guard.  With ROTC training you will gain the confidence and self-discipline necessary to succeed in college and after graduation.
