The Kent State University Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, in the Urban Conference Room, Kent State Library second floor. The sole purpose of the special meeting is to consider a proposed Memorandum of Understanding between Kent State University and the Kent State United Faculty Association, Tenure-Track Faculty Unit. The Board will retire into executive session during the meeting to consider specific topics as provided for under Ohio’s “Sunshine Law.” No committee meetings will be held.
