Programs & Tuition

Our children's program comprises seven classrooms:

• two toddler rooms (18 months to three years),
• four preschool rooms (three to five years), and
• one kindergarten.

Our toddler and preschool classrooms have mixed-age groups. Children stay with the same teacher for two years, affording them a sense of belonging and continuity of experience. We believe strongly that mixed-age grouping offers children opportunities for leadership and empathy, as well as space for individual differences in development. Part-time enrollment is available for the preschool program on a limited basis. All classrooms are staffed with a lead/master teacher and an associate or co-teacher. In addition, due to our status as a laboratory school, we also support many preservice student teachers, field students, interns, and student assistants.
