The Nurturing Families Program is designed for any parent or caregiver who would like to learn new ways to make healthy parenting choices. Focusing on the unique developmental needs of children aged birth to 5, the goal is to establish healthy parent-child relationships. This is a free program that meets virtually for one-hour each week for seven weeks.

The program focuses on the following nurturing factors:
Improving stress management skills
Identifying resources to develop a support system
Enhancing child development and parenting skills
Expanding knowledge and confidence to ask for help when needed
Developing social and emotional skills
Promoting healthy parent-child relationships
