Property Description:
The Battaglia property is approximately 104 acres and is located above Summit Road in Franklin Township in Portage County, Ohio. This site is within the Cuyahoga watershed and consists of mixed hardwood forest and planted pine forest as well as two ponds and a small creek that runs along the western side of the lower half of the property. The property is bordered by residential land use north and east of the property line, the White Hall Terrace property to the west, and old growth forest can be found between the eastern side of the property and the large pond. Finally, the Portage Hike and Bike trail cuts through the property diagonally through the southern portion of the property.
