The Ensinger property is approximately 40 acres and is located east of the KSU Allerton Sports Complex in Franklin Township in Portage County, Ohio. The property is bordered by residential land use on the eastern property line, the Ravenna Housing property is connected to the west, and the southern boundary is adjacent to the Urban property. Campus Center Drive runs through the property just west of the middle, and Summit Road runs along the northern property line. This site is within the Cuyahoga watershed and consists of a mix of mowed grass and field habitat making up the northern portion of the property, a mid-successional mixed hardwood forest with some mature tree growth throughout, and a creek.
