Customized Training Requests

New or existing workshops can be tailored to your team’s professional development or departmental training needs. Our experienced team will assess your training needs and design a training solution that best fits your situation. 

Start the process by filling out a Customized Training Request form. A team member will contact you afterward to further discuss your specific needs and create a needs assessment that will be used to tailor the training based on identified needs.

Onboarding & New Employee Orientation

At Kent State, our goal is to recruit and retain the highest quality faculty and staff. But, it doesn’t end there. The first several months are a critical time as new faculty and staff learn the culture and begin to contribute.
