Meet Renee West

With 30 years of human resources experience, Renee partners with organizations to provide practical and strategic HR solutions tailored to their workforce and business needs.

Her expertise includes employee relations, HR compliance, policy development, strategic talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and workplace training. Throughout her career, Renee has supported organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, nonprofit, professional services, staffing, healthcare, and hospitality, within both union and non-union environments.

Renee is actively involved in both the HR profession and her community. She serves on the Ohio SHRM State Council as Workforce Development Director and has held numerous leadership roles with Tuscora SHRM, including Chapter President. Her community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation and The Golden Key Center for Exceptional Children.

At the heart of Renee's work is a genuine commitment to people. Whether advising business leaders, developing supervisors, supporting employees, or strengthening HR practices, she believes effective human resources should balance organizational needs with a thoughtful, practical, and people-centered approach.
