Video and Virtual Tour Let You Experience Kent State Today – You Won’t Believe What You See!

Have you heard about the amazing physical changes to Kent State University and the city of Kent, but haven’t made it to campus recently? Sometimes, words aren’t enough to convey such a remarkable transformation. Now, you can see these changes for yourself!

Our video, This is Kent, provides viewers with a first-hand glimpse into what has become of the home of so many Golden Flashes. The video’s host, Natalie, takes you on a tour of campus and downtown Kent, affording you a terrific view of what those areas look like today. And if you haven’t visited in the past few years, you won’t believe your eyes.

Produced by Kent State’s Office of Institutional Advancement, the video was directed, shot and hosted by Kent State University Independent Films, a student organization that creates and develops media productions. The students did an amazing job and are exceptional examples of all the great things still happening at Kent State, and the continued high caliber of our students.

After viewing the video, if you would like an even more in-depth look, you can take a stroll through campus using the Google Virtual Tour of the Kent State campus.

However, we think you may want even more. So consider this your invitation to come back for an in-person look at your #FlashesForever home. As Natalie says in the video, “There is so much to do and see, and so many ways to make new memories. So come to Kent – it’s the perfect time to visit!”
