Kent State men's basketball team is taking home the MAC Championship trophy, earning them an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The second seed Golden Flashes beat the first seed University of Toledo Rockets 93-78.
Golden Flashes guard Sincere Carry, who earned 26 points in the championship game, was awarded the 2023 MAC Tournament MVP.
Two Golden Flashes made the MAC All-Tournament team: Sincere Carry and Malique Jacobs.
