The annual Kent State Fashion Show will take place April 26 - 29, 2023 in the Student Center Ballroom on the Kent Campus of Kent State University.
In 2023 we celebrate the 40th anniversary of Kent State University’s Shannon Rodgers and Jerry Silverman School of Fashion Design and Merchandising. The 40th Anniversary Presenting Partner of the 2023 Kent State Fashion Show is renown American department store, Dillard’s Inc. Dillard’s is a long-time supporter of the School of Fashion and the Dillard family was inducted into the School’s Hall of Fame in 2019. The School of Fashion Partners of the 2023 Kent State Fashion Show are our nation’s leading fabric and craft specialty retailer, JOANN, and Peg's Foundation whose mission is to improve the lives of people with serious mental illness.

About the Annual Fashion Show
Our Annual Fashion Show highlights the outstanding talent of Kent State’s design and merchandising students.
Students submit work (everything from athletic wear to evening gowns) to a panel of industry experts, who decide which collections and looks will be presented on the runway.
The Annual Fashion Show is a key part of the senior year experience. Our fashion students plan and organize the two-day event every April as an opportunity to showcase and celebrate their achievements.
