Student Organization Investigations

Expectations as of January 1, 2020

  • Office of the Dean of Students will serve as the “case manager” which will include:
    • Receiving complaints
    • Determining interim actions (if necessary)
    • Assigning investigators
    • Receiving investigative report
    • Determining further action on the basis of the report (as appropriate)
  • The process for investigations and student conduct will be publicized
  • Communication will be regularly maintained with a student organization under investigation
  • Investigators will be recruited and trained
