Writing Effective Email Messages

Participants will learn to craft well-organized, effective email messages that reflect professionally on the sender and your organization. Upon conclusion of the program, participants will be able to better convey the message in a clear, concise and organized manner, with appropriate detail for non-technical and/or technical audiences. Working Together to Achieve Results

In today’s collaborative work environments, it is imperative for employees to find ways to work together effectively to achieve required results. In this program the facilitator will focus on the key elements of effective interpersonal communication. Participants will identify their personal interaction style, the style of others, and learn how to flex their styles. They will gain an understanding of the importance of self-awareness and self-management and define key elements of social awareness and relationship building. What's Preventing Your Team's Success? Overcoming the Critical Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Based on Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team the facilitator will define the Five Dysfunctions of a Team Model.  Participants will engage in a team building activity and identify key lessons learned.  Individuals will determine the status of their own team through self-assessment, and identify strengths and opportunities in their current leadership approach. What Communication Style are You?

The most productive work teams are those whose team members understand and adapt to the diverse communication styles of their colleagues. The facilitator provides an understanding of the four communication styles and discusses the best and less effective characteristics of each style.
