Participants will complete the Interactive Style® Self-perception Profile and receive the Guide to assess and learn more about their personal interaction style.

Participants will receive and complete the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and receive the Guide to assess and learn more about their conflict style.

This 32-hour program (delivered over eight, four-hour sessions) is targeted at managers, supervisors, and frontline leads.
