SPRING 2024 MOVE-IN INFORMATION

Returning students who lived on campus during the fall semester are able to return to the residence halls beginning Sunday, January 14. If you need to move in earlier, you will need to sign up for winter break housing.

Incoming students new to campus for the spring semester are able to move in beginning Saturday, January 13. If you need to move in earlier you will need to sign up for winter break housing. You will receive an email with a link to officially check-in to your room. You will need to use this link to check-in the on your move-in day (please don't check-in before your move-in day). Your FLASHcard is your room key. If you followed the check-in link, your FLASHcard will work when you arrive to your room. If you do not have a FLASHcard, you will need to stop by your Area Desk to sign out a temporary room key until you are able to get your FLASHcard.

Residence hall keycard access requires a FLASHcard (student ID card). The FLASHcard Office needs you to submit your photo online so they can prepare your ID. Instructions and photo requirements are available here. For questions, contact flashcard@card.edu.

Please Note: Commencement will occur Saturday, August 10th at Manchester Field. Those moving in through early arrival on August 10th between 8:00am and 4:00pm may experience traffic and parking congestion in certain areas.
