Find Your Move-In Time – First-Year Students

Confirm your assigned day and floor.
Arrive at:
1. Start of the time block (even room numbers)
2. Midpoint of the time block (odd room numbers)

Please plan to arrive at your assigned time to support traffic flow and elevator access. This schedule applies to first-year and transfer students.

Students who need to arrive before their designated time, have the option to sign up for Early Arrival. You may sign up by logging into the Housing Portal. The request form will be available in the dropdown under “Housing Forms”.

Floor 12 – 9 a.m. – Noon
Floor 11 – 9 a.m. – Noon
Floor 10 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Floor 9 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Floor 8 – 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Floor 1 – 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Day 2 – Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026

Floor 7 – 9 a.m. – Noon
Floor 6 – 9 a.m. – Noon
Floor 5 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Floor 4 – 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Floor 3 – 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Floor 2 – 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Even rooms arrive at the start of the block. Odd rooms arrive halfway through.
