Commencement Ceremony

  • The 2015 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 7 p.m. at Packard Music Hall and will last approximately one hour.

  • Family members and friends do not need tickets to enter the Hall; however graduates need to RSVP to Nancy Treffert at ntreffer@kent.edu.

  • Deadline to RSVP is April 24, 2015.

  • Graduates need to arrive at Packard Music Hall no later than 5:45 p.m. to prepare for the ceremony.

  • Rehearsal is on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 4 p.m. at Kent State Trumbull. The on-site location of the rehearsal will be announced at a later date.

Commencement Video Order Form Information

  • DVDs of the Commencement Ceremony may be purchased for $25 from the Office of Student Services.

  • Please make your check or money order payable to: Kent State University at Trumbull.

Graduates with a Disability and Seating for Guests with Disabilities

  • Please notify Nancy Treffert at ntreffer@kent.edu by April 17, 2015 if you are a graduate with special seating needs or need interpretive services for the hearing impaired.

  • There will be areas designated at Packard Music Hall for guests with special seating needs. Notify the greeters at the doors and they will assist guests to the designated area.
