Visual Resource Center
The Visual Resource Center computers have moved to room 242. Small-scale printing is available in 159A for students through a Flashcash account.
The Visual Resource Center (VRC) is located on the first floor of the Center for the Visual Arts in Room 155. The VRC provides a large critique space for use by all School of Art programs as well as computing stations, printing, and scanning. Adjacent to the VRC is our Apple (c) computer lab with 16 workstations, including Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and others. Open lab hours are posted on the door.
The Visual Resource Center has a Xerox AltaLink C8035, which prints in three sizes: 8 1/2 x 11, 8 ½ x 14, and 11 x 17. Both single- and double-sided prints are priced at $.07 for black and white, and $.14 for color. All Visual Resource Center computers will send jobs to the Xerox, and you must use Flashcash to pay for prints.
A digital photo lab is located in the VRC and is available to students (School of Art majors and minors) during scheduled times. The photo lab is closed during the summer. Fall 2022 appointments will begin the week of September 6, 2022. For more information or to schedule a time slot in the photo lab, follow the link below.
