The Senior Honors Thesis is an independent research project completed under the direction of a Kent State faculty mentor. This session will cover the benefits of completing an honors thesis/project, eligibility requirements and timeline for completion. You will also have the opportunity to hear from students in medical health & wellness majors about their personal experiences completing an honors thesis. This session is open to all undergraduate students in all majors and departments at Kent State.

You do not have to be currently enrolled in the Honors College to apply to complete an honors thesis.

American Medical Student Association at KSU

American Medical Student Association (AMSA) at KSU is a nationally recognized, student-led club aimed at connecting pre-med students to shadowing and volunteer opportunities, as well as helping them become the best medical school applicants they can be. We also offer various workshops, including CPR and suture workshops, and peer support with our study groups. AMSA as a whole is a great place to gain pre-medical experience, learn about different extracurriculars/volunteer opportunities, and meet new friends! We have biweekly meetings with the next one on October 10!
