Sarah Rutland, Senior Instructional Designer & Manager of Quality Assurance, Cleveland State University
LeAnn Krosnick, Instructional Designer, Cleveland State University

In this presentation, instructional designers from Cleveland State University’s Center for eLearning will share a multi-faceted approach for implementing and sustaining Quality Matters at this public university.  In an environment where there are no mandates on faculty, the Center for eLearning has had to gain momentum for implementing Quality Matters by a variety of means. The Center has found that creating a multi-faceted approach has helped to provide a QM framework within which faculty gain an increased awareness of, and buy-in for, the value of QM Design Standards. The approach is comprised of multiple tools, processes, professional development and challenges that the presenters will share.
