New Club Focused on Healthy Bodies and Minds

The newly-formed Holistic Health Club will hold its next meeting on Friday, Dec. 19, at 12:30 p.m. in the art gallery, located on the second floor of the Mary Patterson Building. The group’s intent is to enrich and enlighten students, staff, faculty and the community about current wellness awareness.

All students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend and/or become a member. There is a $5 initiation fee.

This week’s meeting will focus on a membership drive for the spring semester; the weekly Super Soul Sunday community program; plans for upcoming trips to the Ohio Valley Herbal Products and the Ayurvedic Integrative Wellness Institute in Pittsburgh; and discussions about a documentary and community showing.

For information about the Holistic Health Club, contact Richard McCauley, president, at 330-303-7581 or Amy McCormack, adviser, at 330-383-2144.
