Student Athlete Advisory Committee
The Kent State Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a student organization made up of Golden Flash student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athlete experience. SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes' lives and serves as a liaison between the athletes and the administration. Meetings are held once twice per month in the MAC Center.
A minimum of two representatives from each team are required to be present at all SAAC meetings. Team representatives are voted and selected by their respective teams. Teams are instructed to select representatives that best exemplify the qualities of a successful student-athlete (kentstatesports.com).
