Center for Student Involvement | Kent State University

Center for Student Involvement

We foster a sense of belonging and connection to campus through engagement and developmental opportunities that complement the academic experience of our students. Getting involved on campus is one of the quickest ways to become part of the university community and create your own Kent State experience. The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) offers opportunities for leadership and participation in student-initiated projects and student organizations.

How Does Your Personality Help You Lead?

Everyone is unique and approaches leadership from different perspectives. Effective leaders take the time to become aware of different preferences, which allows them to better support their team and accomplish goals. Take a free Myers-Briggs personality assessment to learn the impact of your personal preferences on group dynamics and be better equipped to empower your team, organization or future employer. Space is limited for this event; registration is required.
