Assistant Director of Student Leadership Development & Fraternity & Sorority Life

Jessica Roshak serves the Kent State community as the Assistant Director of Student Leadership Development and Fraternity & Sorority Life. In this role, she will be providing oversight for leadership development programs, as well as advising the Integrated Greek Council (IGC) and Panhellenic Council. Prior to working at Kent State, Jessica served as a Greek advisor at Texas A&M University-Commerce and Sonoma State University. She completed her Master’s degree at Baylor University in Higher Education Administration and her Bachelor’s degree at Bowling Green State University in Applied Health Science. Jessica is from Ravenna, Ohio and enjoys being outside and spending time with her husband, son, and puppy.

Arkeylah is a second year Student Leadership Consultant in the Leadership Development Center. She is a Senior Athletic Training student here at Kent State University. Arkeylah enjoys putting together workshops and helping facilitate events here in the Leadership Center. One of her favorite things about being an SLC is the Professional and Leadership Development Skills that she has developed through this role!

 

Andrea Specht

Andrea is a senior at Kent State University in the Special Education Program with a concentration in Deaf Education. Andrea is a second year Student Leadership Consultant and has been involved with the Leadership Center and the Center for Student Involvement since her freshman year. She also is a member of the Flash Activities Board and was honored as one of the members of Kent States’ 2020 Homecoming Court. Andrea enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with her dog, and partaking in the occasional Netflix binge.
