Strength Laboratory

Purpose

The strength lab is a multipurpose room for undergraduate and graduate exercise physiology laboratory classes, the senior exercise program and research that utilizes strength training as an intervention.  It contains Cybex machines for leg extension, seated leg curl, leg press, chest press, biceps curl, triceps extension, lat pulldown as well as a squat rack, olympic platform, and dumbbells ranging from 20-55 lbs.  It also contains bumper plates for olympic lifting.
