Year 1: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2025, eligible employees will have their wage rate increased by 2%; then 50¢ will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 5 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service and an additional 50¢ will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 10 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service.

Year 2: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2026, eligible employees will have their wage rate increased by 2.5%; then 50¢ will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 5 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service and an additional 50¢ will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 10 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service.

Year 3: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2027, eligible employees will have their wage rate increased by 2.5%; then 50¢ will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 5 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service and an additional 50¢ will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 10 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service.
