Student awards honor and recognize our fashion design and merchandising students’ collections, single submissions and contributions. Receiving these awards is not only a testament to the students’ skills, but a representation of their dedication to and passion for the fashion industry and their education at the School of Fashion. Awards winners are selected by the panel of industry critics, except for the Students’ Choice award, and are presented to the winning students at the Friday Awards Fashion Show.
The Annual Fashion Show is the crowning event for the Kent State School of Fashion. It showcases the talents of our students and provides an opportunity for our fashion design and merchandising majors to apply their skills and innovation in a real-world setting.
