The DeWeese Health Center is bringing health and wellness out of its center into the Kent State University campus and community. The center’s new initiative, DeWeese On the Go, started this Fall semester by selling over-the-counter (OTC) medications in Eastway Market & Deli, located at the Eastway Center on Kent campus. Kent State University at Tuscarawas is excited to host Introducing Women in Engineering for high school girls on October 13 at 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Founders Hall. This is a free event. The Engineering Technology Department is dedicated to promoting girls in STEM careers. Students will learn about alternative energy, robotics, 3D modeling, and microcontrollers.
