Congratulations to Breanna Beaver, a Ph.D. student studying curriculum and instruction with a concentration in science education in the School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies. Breanna first-authored two publications and finished her doctorate degree in three years. Alumni gathered for a glow in the dark egg hunt.

Nearly 150 Golden Flashes hopped down the hills of Front Campus for Kent State’s first-ever alumni glow-in-the-dark egg hunt, Bunnies and Brews, on Friday, March 31. Alumni and friends enjoyed some festive music as they searched for more than 1,700 glowing eggs with excitement to see if they chose any that contained one of 14 golden tickets that led to an amazing prize.  Lucas Bowen, BA ’05, BSN ’10, MSN ’15, was one of those lucky winners.
