The Kent State University Biology Graduate Student Council (BGSC), in collaboration with the Brain Health Research Institute (BHRI), celebrated World Brain Day 2021 by hosting the First Annual Kent Brain Day 5K. Over 40 runners/walkers across the United States participated in the asynchronous 5K which occurred during the week of July 18 – 24, 2021. The theme of this year's July 22nd World Brain Day was “Stop MS (Multiple Sclerosis)”.
