ABET is an accreditation board for college and university programs in the disciplines of applied and natural science, computing, engineering and engineering technology at the associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree levels. Completing Verification for the FAFSA
The federal government requires Kent State to verify, or confirm, the data reported by students and their parent(s) on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Rebecca Meehan, Ph.D., came to the iSchool in 2012, bringing an extensive background in research related to health care and health informatics, particularly focused on information technology and user experience. Her interests center on improving patient safety outcomes by improving the user experience of health information technology, and sociotechnical approaches to improving health outcomes for a diverse cultural population.
