Grading also is now available for any spring 2016 course section that was flexibly scheduled and has an end date no later than Feb. 21, 2016. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status.
