The painting classrooms are located on the first floor of the Center for the Visual Arts (rooms 187,189). Undergraduate painting and drawing majors have studio space adjacent to these open and airy classrooms. Graduate and faculty studios are located on the first and ground floors. Drawing studios are located adjacent to the painting studios (rooms 173,177).
All classrooms are fitted with heavy duty sinks, storage racks, and plenty of student locker space to house supplies.
Open drawing sessions are conducted most Fridays during the academic year, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Check in the School of Art office (330-672-2192) to confirm time and location.
