In order to ensure an effective strategic plan, we must challenge ourselves to engage in strategic thinking. 

Strategic Thinking:

• How we as educators and support staff help create a path to student success.
• Defines what "musts" we will provide to support student learning and success
• Relies on the voice of students and the entire university community to frame decision-making on the desired future.
• Stems from a values-integrated collaborative process that clarifies what's important as we continue to face challenges and opportunities.
