Post-undergraduate

A post-undergraduate student is one who has already earned a bachelor's degree and would like to take additional undergraduate courses.

A post-undergraduate student may be degree-seeking (intending to earn another undergraduate degree from Kent State University at East Liverpool or Kent State University at Salem) or non-degree seeking (not intending to earn another undergraduate degree).

Post-Undergraduate Degree-Seeking or Non-degree Seeking Student Checklist

  • Complete an online application
  • Submit official transcripts from every college or university you attended after high school (or after receiving your GED), even if you feel credit will not be transferable.

Transcripts

Official Transcripts
Transcripts are considered official only if they arrive in a sealed letterhead envelope from a high school, college, or university or are sent directly to Kent State electronically, such as through Parchment or another third-party service. Transcripts issued directly to the student will be accepted only if the envelope is unopened. Once the envelope seal has been broken by someone other than a university employee, the transcript becomes unofficial. Transcripts issued electronically to the student are considered unofficial.
