Biography

Lisa Waite has 25 years' experience teaching all levels of university undergraduate communication courses, directing communication practicum and internship field experiences, interim coordinator, developing service–learning experiences, new course development, academic advising, research, faculty advisor to Communication Society, communication curriculum contributions.

Lisa’s interest in understanding team-performance, organizational development and culture change has successfully established her training expertise. Her experience as a performance consultant includes over 15 years of management and consulting in team development and leadership research, which has led her to train over 80 organizations including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Her passion is in helping companies transform their leaders and employees at every level to impact change.
