Ph.D. Program Annual Review

The progress and performance of all doctoral students is reviewed annually by program faculty. When prompted by program faculty each year, doctoral students shall submit the following to their school psychology program academic advisor: (a) an updated/current curriculum vitae (CV) and (b) a completed Student Annual Self-Evaluation (SASE) form for their current year in the program (Note: Different forms exist for Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6+). Following the receipt of the materials listed above, program faculty will conduct a review of each student's progress and performance reflecting the academic year just completed. Written feedback will be provided by the beginning of fall semester.
