ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES


UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Documents Checklist

  • Completed online application
  • Post-secondary (college/university) transcripts or marks sheets
  • Secondary (high school) transcripts and diploma
  • Test of English language proficiency (if not looking for conditional admission)
  • SAT/ACT scores sent via College Board (optional)
  • Copy of passport
  • Financial documentation

Application Deadlines

  • Anytime (Please allow a minimum of 30 days before start date to ensure timely processing of application and visa documents)
  • Summer Deadline For July/August Programs May 1
  • *Application deadlines may vary, please check program website

Documentation Deadline

  • All documents need to be ready for processing by March

GRADUATE STUDENTS

Documents Checklist

  • Completed online application
  • Paid application fee please attach a copy of your payment receipt
  • Official or attested copies of university issued detailed marks sheets for every exam attempt and degree certificate(s) *Provisional degree certificates are acceptable if student completed studies within the past year; cumulative marks sheets and transcripts are not sufficient for applicants educated in India (Please contact Jyotsna Misra, Director of KSU India or Monika Babbar, International Admission Advisor at india@kent.edu)
  • Completed Financial Worksheet (optional)
  • Financial Guarantee/ Bank Statement (optional)
  • Application for Graduate Assistantship (optional)
  • Statement of Goals/Purpose
  • GRE scores sent officially via ETS to institution code 1367 (if required by program)
  • GMAT scores sent officially (if required by program)
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation
  • Resume/Curriculum Vitae
  • TOEFL scores sent officially via ETS to institution code 1367 -or-
  • IELTS scores sent officially via the British Council
  • Other Requirements: Essay/Writing Sample, Portfolio/Audition, Verification of Moral Character)—please check your desired program’s requirements on our website to determine which of these, if any, apply to you
